Meagan Hanson Earns Endorsement of Two Statewide Elected Officials

ATLANTA – Today, Meagan Hanson, conservative candidate running to unseat liberal Democrat Lucy McBath in Georgia’s 6th Congressional District, became the first candidate in her race to earn the endorsement of two statewide elected officials: Public Service Commission Chairman Tricia Pridemore and Public Service Commissioner Jason Shaw.

“After an incredible fundraising quarter, I’m thrilled to continue our strong momentum with the endorsement of two of Georgia’s top statewide elected officials,” said Meagan. “Tricia and Jason know what it takes to win conservative victories in Georgia’s increasingly competitive elections – and they know that I am the only candidate in my race who can beat liberal Lucy McBath to take back Georgia’s 6th District. It is an honor to have their endorsements – and to be the only candidate who has earned the support of Georgia’s top Republican officers.”

“Georgia conservatives once again have the opportunity to help take back the Congressional majority in Washington, which means we can’t afford to leave Georgia’s 6th District to chance. As the only candidate in her race with a strong record of winning swing districts, I know that Meagan Hanson is our best shot at beating Lucy McBath,” said Georgia Public Service Commission Chairman Tricia Pridemore. “I am proud to have called Meagan a friend for many years – and I am proud to support her now in her race to end the liberal agenda and restore conservative leadership to Washington.”
